Total Care. Healthier Communities.

At agilon health, we’re driven by our purpose of empowering physicians to transform health care in our communities. We recognize that our current health care system is fractured, and fixing it is a social imperative. In addition to our original Total Care, Healthier Communities impact strategy of targeting 100+ communities, we have added the goals of growing our network to 10,000 primary care physicians and reinvesting $10 billion+ to our partners and local primary care within the communities we serve.

We build long-term partnerships with physician groups and health systems, enabling them to focus on the total health of their senior patients while earning and experiencing a more rewarding livelihood. We unlock value-based care through our Total Care Model, which aims to reimagine the patient experience and create a system based on the quality of care, not volume of fees. We’re transforming communities by scaling our model across the country, bringing better health care to patients that need it most. And it’s all built by people who care, which is why we foster a work environment where our people can grow, thrive, and contribute to our purpose.

Governance: Doing Business the Right Way.

Doing business the right way is relevant to so many of our priorities: our compliance with federal and state laws, safeguarding patient data, how we treat our people and planet, and the values that define our company. As we continue to bring our Total Care Model to more communities, these priorities will remain central to how we run our company. For more on our approach to environment, ethics, privacy, and board diversity see our 2022 Impact Report.
