Description

The Minerva platform provides ability to integrate and aggregate data from disparate healthcare IT systems to create a unified FHIR-based patient record.

Costs & Fees

The eligible company will pay one-time implementation and a monthly subscription fees to use the platform based on the number of active patient records. A minimum billing cycle of 1 month is mandatory and the subscription fee includes a certain number of active patient records. Any incremental usage of the platform will be billed in the subsequent monthly invoice using a tiered pricing model.

Patient Engagement

Description

The Minerva platform provides web and mobile applications for patients and their family members to access their data, book appointments, securely message their health systems and share information. Additionally, the platform provides clinical and administrative access to facilitate care coordination.
