PriMED Physicians Weigh in on Vaccine Reluctance in African American Community

Research released by the  Kaiser Family Foundation, shows 35 percent of black Americans say they will not or most likely will not get the vaccine.  Presently White Americans are getting vaccinated at a rate three times higher than Black Americans. PriMED Physicians in Dayton are reaching out to marginalized communities to educate them about the benefits of getting vaccinated. PriMED’s Marian Twyman, M.D., and Linda Odenigbo, M.D., weigh in on why people of color are more reluctant.
